Public Relations Coordinator

North Country HealthCare is seeking a Public Relations Coordinator with strong content writing, design (InDesign and Canva), and video production skills. This position is part of a dynamic marketing team dedicated to telling the story of North Country HealthCare and its mission of providing quality, affordable, and accessible healthcare to everyone-regardless of ability to pay.

Duties

  • Develop and place advertisements for each clinic location
  • Manage marketing budgets, media contracts, and advertising schedules
  • Collaborate with clinic managers and the Marketing Director on annual marketing plans
  • Create service-specific marketing materials in partnership with internal departments
  • Write press releases, news articles, and digital content
  • Design brochures, flyers, and educational materials using InDesign and Canva
  • Produce and edit videos to highlight services, events, and providers
  • Organize and support community events, health fairs, and outreach activities
  • Maintain and update the website and social media platforms
  • Promote services through digital channels and in-clinic materials
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field (marketing, communications, business administration, etc.)
  • Prior experience in marketing, public relations, or a related role
  • Proficiency in content writing, graphic design (InDesign, Canva), and video editing
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

Starting at $50,300+, depending on experience
