Lead Pharmacy Operations with Purpose and Impact

North Country HealthCare is seeking a strategic and hands-on Pharmacy Director to oversee all aspects of our Dispensing and Clinical Pharmacy operations. This leadership role is essential in ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant pharmacy services while advancing quality patient care and supporting our mission of accessible, affordable healthcare for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation standards.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing pharmacy team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and purchasing strategies to maximize patient benefit and cost efficiency.
  • Manage 340B Drug Pricing Program compliance and optimize formulary management.
  • Serve as Residency Program Director for the PGY1 Community-based Pharmacy Residency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active AZ Pharmacist license (or eligibility).
  • Master's degree (MBA, M.A., or equivalent); PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy leadership experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Attractive total compensation package ranging from $147,000 to $175,000 Comprehensive benefits package beginning day one, including
  • 272 hours of PTO annually (prorated based on start date)
  • 80 hours of sick leave annually (prorated)
