Patient Relations Representative

Are you passionate about helping others and providing outstanding service? We are looking for a Patient Relations Representative to join our team and be the welcoming face of our organization. In this key role, you'll ensure a smooth, positive experience for our patients from the moment they arrive to the time they leave.

Duties:

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
• Verify patient information, insurance documents, and referrals; update records as needed
• Answer phones, schedule appointments and follow-ups, and relay messages efficiently
• Accurately enter patient information into the database
• Assist with completing patient and clinic forms when necessary

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Friendly, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
