Health Professions Manager

North Country HealthCare's Colorado Plateau Center for Health Professions (CPCHP) is seeking a mission-driven Program Manager to lead innovative workforce development initiatives across the region. In this dynamic role, you'll oversee programs tied to the Area Health Education Center (AHEC) grant-strengthening partnerships, expanding opportunities for future healthcare professionals, and improving access to care in rural and underserved communities.

Duties:

  • Lead strategic planning, program development, and evaluation for health professions training initiatives
  • Build and maintain partnerships with tribal, educational, healthcare, and community organizations
  • Manage grant budgets, ensure compliance, and oversee accurate reporting
  • Supervise a talented team of staff, interns, and consultants
  • Promote program activities through digital communications and stakeholder engagement
  • Analyze program data to improve quality, impact, and reach

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of program management experience, preferably in health, education, or workforce development
  • Valid Arizona driver's license and willingness to travel regionally

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary starting at $63,000+ DOE
