General Description:

Clinic Manager is needed to lead a team of compassionate healthcare professionals. Duties:

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care.
• Lead, mentor, and support front and back-office staff with training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain credentialing standards, documentation accuracy, and ongoing staff competencies.
• Monitor clinic performance metrics, manage the budget, and optimize resources through strategic planning and cost-saving initiatives.
• Serve as the primary liaison for internal departments, ensuring streamlined support and communication across the organization.
• Foster a positive patient experience by resolving concerns promptly and strengthening relationships within the community.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Associate's degree in a related field - Required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field - Preferred
• 5 years of related experience and/or training - Required

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary starting at $63,000+ DOE
