GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

This is a one year position that is offered as a result of the ASHP residency matching process. This position may only be applied for subsequent to matching in Phase I, Phase II or scramble. This position is not subject to open application cycle.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow the ASHP accredited PGY1 Community-Based Pharmacy Residency program with all appropriate competencies, goals and objectives. Completion of all assigned Learning Experiences.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Continuous learning in both personal and professional development.
• Consistent review, comprehension and reply of company email and related correspondence.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

ASHP match in Phase I or II or post-match scramble offer. Completion of an accredited PharmD or BSPharm program. All other requirements outlined in PGY1 Community-Based Pharmacy Residency Program manual in accordance with ASHP accreditation requirements.
