Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $200,000-$220,000 dependent on program incentives during first year of practice
• Comprehensive benefits package beginning day one, including:
• 272 hours of PTO annually (prorated based on start date)
• 80 hours of sick leave annually (prorated)

To become a part of our dedicated clinic team, you need the following qualifications:

• MD or DO degree and completed a Pediatric Residency
• Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Medicine
• Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
