North Country HealthCare is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with at least two years of experience to join our clinical team. This role is for a clinician seeking a stable environment to practice with greater autonomy and impact. We provide clinical and operational leadership support, as well as the work-life balance necessary for you to focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse community.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Attractive total compensation package ranging from 100,000 to 120,000 
• Comprehensive benefits package, including: 
  • 272 hours of PTO annually (prorated based on start date)
  • 8O hours of sick leave annually (prorated based on start date)

To become a part of our dedicated clinic team, you need the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 year's experience
• Must have National Certification
• Hold or be eligible to obtain an Arizona License and DEA
• Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
