Compensation and Benefits:

We offer an attractive total compensation package ranging from $98,000 to $120,000, based on experience and program incentives in your first year.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' clinical experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• The ability to obtain or hold an active Arizona license and DEA
• A passion for working with underserved communities
• Experience (or a strong interest) in FQHC, CHC, or PCMH settings
