To become a part of our dedicated clinical team, you need the following qualifications:
MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine Residency
Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine
Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
Requirements
Candidates must have an MD or DO degree and a current, unrestricted Arizona medical license and DEA (or be eligible to obtain one upon hire)
Current certification by the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and be eligible for successful appointment to the medical staff at Flagstaff Medical Center.
