Holbrook Arizona is situated along the banks of the Little Colorado River in Eastern Arizona with a population of 5,000 people. Holbrook sits within the Painted Desert, a remarkable area of rocky badlands that stretches from the Grand Canyon to the Navajo Nation. Holbrook is located 3 ½ hours west of Albuquerque and 3 hours north of Phoenix. Holbrook is the seat of Navajo County and serves as the gateway to the Petrified Forest National Park.

To become a part of our dedicated clinic team, you need the following qualifications:

• MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
• Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
