Benefits and Compensation:

• Attractive total compensation package ranging from $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 dependent on program incentives during first year of practice.
• Comprehensive benefits package beginning day one, including:
  • 212 hours of PTO annually (prorated based on start date)
  • 80 hours of sick leave annually (prorated)

To become a part of our dedicated clinical team, you need the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Must have National Certification
• Hold or be eligible to obtain an Arizona License and DEA
• Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
